Yes, the battery is fully removable and comes with a secure key-lock system. You can charge it either on or off the bike. A full charge takes approximately 4–6 hours using our standard smart charger.
2. How much assembly is required? Do you provide tools?
Our e-bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled in a heavy-duty box. You only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and front light. We provide an all-in-one multi-tool kit and a step-by-step video assembly guide on our website. It takes about 20–30 minutes.
3. Can I use my e-bike in wet conditions?
Our e-bikes have an IPX5 water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle splashes and light-to-moderate rain. However, they are not waterproof. Do not submerge the bike in water, and avoid riding in heavy downpours or pressure-washing the electrical components.
4. What is included with U.S. e-bike delivery?
Shipping options depend on your delivery address. Review our Shipping & Delivery information and confirm the applicable shipping options at checkout.
5. What is the return policy?
Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unassembled, and in original packaging. Original and return shipping costs plus a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted for non-quality reasons.

Drvetion provides a one-year limited warranty for eligible non-human damage. Send your order number, purchase platform, a short description, and photos or video to sale@drvetion.com. Please obtain written approval before sending any item back.
